With a Bachelors of Psychology (Sonoma State University, 2009), certification in Nutrition (Bauman College, 2015), and national certification in Personal Training (American College of Sports Medicine, 2016), she's a triple threat in the wonderful world of wellness.
We aren’t down with shaming you for enjoying a cheeseburger, or preaching unrealistic health goals that take the fun out of life. We’re on your team, cheerleading you through setbacks, being realistic about your goals, and applauding you for knowing when to cut loose and have some fun!
We are also huge believers in the individual person, and all the beautifully unique things that make you- you! Don’t like broccoli? We won't make you eat it. We know that achieving sustainable health means finding ways to make it work for YOU- and we want nothing more than to help you discover what that is.
We also believe in real food. We love being a regular at the farmer’s market, and knowing your local butcher by name. We support you in stocking your kitchen with real, whole foods- not cartons filled with ingredients you can’t pronounce (or digest!). The benefits are boundless and your body will thank you!
